Version 1.0, effective 13 September 2026. This is the agreement between you and Contractor Website Guy, a division of Mtg Web Inc. of Fishers, Indiana. In this agreement, “I” and “me” mean Contractor Website Guy. “You” means the company named on the payment you submit. It starts the day your first payment goes through.
I build your website. In most cases that means a new custom site rather than working on the one you already have, and that is the normal outcome, not an upcharge. If your existing site is worth keeping I will tell you so. Either way it goes live in about two weeks.
I host it on my own server. I work on your Google rankings every month, which means new pages, your Google business listing, your reviews, and whatever else the work calls for that month. You get a report every month that you can check yourself.
$300 a month. The first payment is due when you sign up, and the same amount is charged on the same day every month after that. There is no setup fee and nothing else to buy. If I ever raise my rates, your price stays where it is.
Month to month. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. There is no long-term contract and no minimum number of months.
Call me at (317) 219-3805 or email frank@concretewebsiteguy.com and say you are done. That is the whole process. I do not put up roadblocks, I do not make you talk to somebody first, and there is no retention offer waiting for you. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, because that month’s work is already done. I will confirm your cancellation in writing the same day.
You own your web address, your photos, your words, and the content of your site. All of it, the whole time, whether you are a client or not. If you leave, I hand everything over and help the next person get set up. I do not hold anything hostage.
About an hour on the phone to start, photos of your work, and the list of towns you want to show up in. If I need something else from you I will ask once and keep it short.
While you are a client, I will not take on another concrete company in your market. If your market is already taken when you sign up, I will tell you and refund you in full.
I cannot promise you a specific position on Google, and neither can anybody else. Google decides the order of its results and changes how it decides whenever it wants. Competitors are working on this too. What I promise is that the work happens every month, that I tell you the truth about where you stand, and that every number I report is one you can check yourself in ten seconds.
I am not responsible for changes made by Google or any other search engine, for actions taken against your Google business listing by Google, for outages at third-party services, or for delays caused by not getting the photos or information I have asked for.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you have paid me in the three months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits or indirect damages.
If I change this agreement, the version you agreed to stays in force for you until you agree to a new one. I will email you at least 30 days before any change that would affect you.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
