I built Tom Taber's website in 2003 and I have run it every month since. This is what somebody in his town sees right now when they go looking for what he does.
Get your free site review One page. Exactly where you show up on Google. No obligation, no sales call required. Or see who I work for.
Run that search from Batavia and you get this. Run it from your town and you will get your town's concrete companies instead. That is exactly the point, and it means somebody up there is getting calls you are not.
Build your website, host it on my own server, and work on your Google rankings every month. One bill, nothing else to buy.
$300 a month · month to month · no long-term contract
And one concrete company per market. The day you sign, your competitors start hearing no.
One guy in Fishers, Indiana. My wife works with me. Nobody hands you off after you sign.
I started in 2002. My first paying client, in 2003, was a concrete contractor in Batavia, Illinois. He is still a client. Every site I build is hosted on my own server, so when something breaks you call me and I fix it. I only take on a small number of clients for the monthly search work, because that is the part that takes real time.
Most of that work has been mortgage companies, a long way from a driveway. Fair thing to wonder about. I answer it further down, with real names you can look up.
A family in Naperville wants a patio. How do they find somebody to build it?
They pick up their phone and type it into Google.
Google hands them a list. Hundreds of companies long. Google decides the order.
They call two or three off the first screen. One of them pours the patio.
Tom has poured concrete around Batavia since 1985. In 2003 he became my first client. I have run his website ever since.
Twenty-three years. Month to month. Never a long-term contract.
Look it up. taberbuilders.com. Right now he is first on the list for 107 searches, and in the top three for 175, across the towns he works. See all 230 →
Check it yourself. If you do not see him, that is normal. Google shows different results in different towns and on different days. Call me and ask about any search on that list. You pick it, and you can look it up on your own phone while we talk.
Somebody else is always working at it too. Google changes the rules whenever it wants. You slip, you find out why, you fix it.
Nobody cares where you ranked last year.
Tom found that out. He got busier than he could handle and told me to pause the search work.
About a year later his business fell off a cliff. Google had taken his business listing down over something on their end. Nobody was watching it, so nobody caught it. The only fix left was starting a brand new one. That is why he shows 46 reviews today instead of twenty years worth.
We got it back. What he said was, “Don't ever let me do that again.”
I should have talked him out of it. That one is on me.
That is why this is month to month. The work never stops, so the bill does not either. If I stop earning it, you stop paying it.
Yours will not look like that on day one. Year one is the heavy part. Year twenty is a guy calling to say keep doing what you are doing.
How I got him: the day before I called, he had finally had enough of his web designer. I called cold the next morning, not knowing any of it. I have answered the phone ever since.
Ask Google about concrete work in one of Tom's towns and the AI answer at the top names him. Not a link buried underneath. It says his company, shows his stars, and points at his page as where it got the answer.
You cannot buy that. The AI is reading the same pages I have been building for him all along.

Call me at (317) 219-3805 and ask it. Tom's site, the numbers, how it was done, what I would do for you. No pitch and no presentation, just answers.
And you do not have to take my word for any of it. Every search on this page, you can type into Google yourself in ten seconds.
Get your free site reviewReal photos off my client's site, not stock. Getting your own pours onto the right pages, sized and labeled properly, is part of what I do for you.
Another one of my first clients was a mortgage broker. I built him a site, saw a niche nobody was doing well, and spent the next twenty years on it.
Real estate has cooled off. That is why I am talking to you.
Here is the part that matters. It is the same work. Most mortgage brokers are licensed in one state, so town pages work for them the same as they do for you. Naperville mortgage broker is the same job as Naperville stamped concrete.
This client is the exception. Select Commercial is nationwide. No town attached, the whole country going after the same words, everybody with money to spend.
Type commercial mortgage rates into Google. He is the first actual website on the page, and Google's AI answer is built out of two of his pages.
Look at 2 again. One is his rates page. One is his Indiana page. Two of his pages inside one answer. That is what having a page for every town does for you.
Getting you found in your town is an easier job than that.
So no, I am not a concrete guy with a hundred concrete clients.
I am a search guy with 24 years at it and one concrete contractor since 2003. You would be the second concrete company I have ever had.
Tom in Batavia, and a mortgage company. That is what fits here. It is not what I have.
Twenty-four years of this, a lot more clients than fit on a web page, and years of tracking behind the ones I do the monthly work for.
Want to hear about the rest? Call me and ask.
Name a town or name a search. I will tell you who I have there and where they come up, and you can look it up on your own phone while we are talking.

Is it working?
Could it be better?
If it cannot get any better, I probably cannot help you.
If it could be better, I probably can.
Whatever is bringing you jobs right now, keep doing it. I am not here to talk you out of anything. I am one more tool for the box, and the only one on the list you own.
Every way you can think of.
So I go after all of them.
Some type "concrete contractor." Some type "stamped patio." Some add their town, some do not. You cannot guess which one he uses.
The more ways you show up, the more chances somebody finds you.
Each one gets its own page on your site.
My concrete client comes up on page one for 230 different searches.
See all 230 →A guy in Geneva can type Geneva stamped concrete contractor. Some do.
Most just type stamped concrete contractor. Three words.
Google already knows what town he is standing in.
Somebody in Tennessee has to type Geneva. Your customer does not have to. Some will anyway.
There is no way to know which one is about to call you. So I cover both.
Every town you work in gets its own pages. Not one page. One for every job you do there.
That is how one concrete company ends up on page one 230 times.
Ads do one thing better than me. They bring calls the day you turn them on. That is the only one.
Every pay per click campaign is a win for Google. Every single one.
Anything short of a perfect campaign is a loss for the contractor.
And almost nobody runs a perfect campaign.
At $10 a click, $200 a month buys you twenty clicks. Twenty.
If one of those twenty calls you, that is your lead for the month. That is not a campaign. It is a lottery ticket.
Stop paying for ads and you are back to zero.
Rarely. One spot: your season already started and you are not showing up yet. Ads cover the gap.
Start in the offseason and you never need them.
Almost everybody has. Good reports every month. Phone rang about the same as always.
A program scans your site and spits out a list of problems. The problems are real.
They fix the list. They send you the report. You wait for the phone.
Fixing that list is sweeping the shop. It is not what gets you found.
What gets you found is real pages about the work people search for, in the towns you pour in. No program does that part. So that is the part that gets skipped.
So I built this so you never have to take my word for it.
Your photos, your towns, a page for every job you do. Live in about two weeks.
My own server, twenty years running it. Something breaks, you call me.
New pages, your Google listing, your reviews. Worked on all month, every month.
I show you where you came up. You type it into Google yourself. Ten seconds.

All of it: $300 a month Month to month. Cancel any time, one phone call.
Already sure? Skip the review and sign up now →
One page. Where you show up and who is beating you. Yours whether you hire me or not.
Your photos, your towns, a page for every job you do. About two weeks, while you keep pouring.
Google changes the rules and your competitors keep working. I watch it every month and adjust. You see it in the report.

Some guys do not need a review first. They already know. If that is you, here is exactly what happens.
Takes about two minutes. Nothing else to buy, and no setup fee.
Not an account manager. Me. If you sign up at ten at night, you hear from me in the morning.
What you pour, the towns you want, your photos, what you want the site to say. About an hour. Then I build it and it is live in about two weeks.
If we get on that call and this is not right for you, or your market is already taken by another concrete company, I refund you. All of it. Same day, no argument.
Worst case, you are out a phone call.
Now is the best time. Start in the slow months and the site climbs all winter while you are not pouring anyway. By spring it is already up there working.
Wait until March and you are starting the climb during the weeks you needed the phone to ring.
$300 a month. That covers the site, the hosting, and the work every month to move you up. Month to month, no long-term contract. If you stop seeing value you stop paying, and cancelling is one phone call. I do not put up roadblocks.
That is $3,600 a year. You know what one job is worth better than I do. If this brings you one you would not have gotten otherwise, it paid for itself and then some. If it does not, you should fire me, and you can.
Four things decide it. How long your web address has been around. What shape your site is in now. How much Google already trusts it, which comes from who else on the internet points at you. And how many companies are going after the same words in your town, and how good they are.
Anybody who hands you a date without asking those four things is guessing.
An address that has been around a while is a real head start, and most contractors have one. Usually real movement inside three months, something solid by six. The site itself is live in about two weeks. Every month you get a report you can check yourself in ten seconds.
An hour on the phone and your photos. Tell me what you pour and what towns you want, and send me job pictures off your phone.
I write it, I build it, I run it. If I need something from you I will ask once and keep it short. You have a business to run.
Maybe not, and I will tell you so. But every referral came from a job you already did, so last year sets this year's ceiling.
And most people who get referred to you still look you up before they call. What they find either helps or it does not.
Then we find out if it is worth keeping. Sometimes it is fine and the only problem is that nobody can find it. Sometimes it was built on something working against you.
Most of the time I end up building a new one. That is the normal outcome, not the exception, and it does not cost you extra. It is the same $300 either way.
The free review tells you which, whether you hire me or not.
No. One company per market.
Right now I have one concrete contractor. He is in Illinois and he has been with me since 2003. When you come aboard, your competitors get turned down and told why.
I am one guy, not a call center signing up everybody on the block. That is the only reason I can actually keep that promise.
You do. The words, the photos, the web address, all of it. If you go somewhere else I hand it over and help the next person get set up.
Anybody who holds your website hostage is telling you they expect you to want out.
I came at you cold too, so I am not going to pretend that part is different.
Here is what is. No long-term contract, so I have to earn it every month. Everything I tell you, you can check yourself on your own phone in ten seconds. You talk to me, not an account manager. And my first client, a concrete contractor, signed on in 2003 and is still here. Nobody fakes twenty-three years.
Not for what you signed up for. I have hosting-only clients still paying $12.95 a month, because that is what hosting cost when they came aboard twenty years ago. That is not the search work. It is just proof that I do not go back and reprice people. New rates go up. Yours stays where it is.
When a company sends me a price increase notice, I do not think about the money. I think I should go see what else is out there. I am not handing you that thought.
If you already have them running, keep them a while. Ads work the day you turn them on and this takes months, so they cover the gap.
But I rarely tell anybody to start them. Get going with me in the offseason and you are usually showing up by the time you need it.
Fill this out and I will put your review together myself. Where you rank, your top three competitors, and what to fix first. If your market is already taken, I will tell you that too.
One note on timing. This builds over months, not days. Three months in you should see real movement. Start in the slow months and you walk into your season already showing up.
I build your website. I host it on my own server. I work on your Google rankings every month.
$300 a month. Month to month. Fire me any time.
My first client, 23 years ago, was a concrete contractor. He is still my client.
